Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Closer, including the desktop app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Closer for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Organization admins control who joins their workspace and what role each member has.

Recording and consent

Closer transcribes the calls you run it on. Many places require the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded or transcribed. You are responsible for telling participants and getting any consent the law requires. Do not use Closer where you cannot lawfully do so.

Plans, billing and usage

• Pay as you go includes $6 of free credit each month. Further use is charged against prepaid credit at the listed rates. Credit is sold in $20 packs, does not expire while your account is open, and is non-refundable except where the law requires.
• Solo and SMB are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. SMB is billed per rep.
• Use beyond your plan's included hours and training calls is billed as overage at the rates on our pricing page, up to the spending cap your admin sets.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Your content

You own your transcripts, notes, playbooks and sales data. You give us permission to process them only to run the Service for you. We do not use your content to train models shared with other customers.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell it without our written agreement.

AI output

Coaching suggestions, notes and scores are generated automatically and can be wrong. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

Termination

You can stop using Closer at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave bills unpaid. After an account closes we delete its content within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost deals or revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
